We conduct all types of research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Qualitative research (FGI,dyads, triads, IDI) is carried out by moderators with broad experience in such research.
Quantitative research is conducted via post, face to face, in hall test (central location) and over telephone from the CATI studio. We are developing CAPI method at the moment..

By means of the above techniques we conduct:

- consumer satisfaction (CSS)
- usage and attitude (U&A)
- consumer behaviour
- classification of brands and products
- recognition of brands
- recognition of advertisements
- pre-tests and post-tests of advertisements
- tests of products, packages and names
- decision-making mechanisms

Business to business researches concerning:
- decision-making mechanisms
- distribution network
- mystery shopping
- atmosphere survey
- needs of corporate clients

On demand we also realise other kinds of surveys like ad hoc and tracking.
