We follow the ethic code of ESOMAR (although we are not associated).
Our specialisation, which is fieldwork, enables more accurate analysis
of quality and reliability of the gathered data. Apart from
content-related control we also examine the logic and cohesion of
answers. We also control our pollsters’ reliability.
The pollsters are controlled by independent
controllers (by mail,
telephone and in person). These commonly used methods allow us to
confirm that the poll has been conducted but do not inform us about the
accuracy of questions asked, behaviour of a pollster or suggesting an
answer, etc.
The pollster working ways can be carefully checked by a disguised
controller or by means of respondent recordings. Our
pollsters are
regularly controlled with use of these methods, which enables us to
detect instances of the ‘pollster effect’.
We also gladly accept controlling procedures carried out by an outside
party.
High service quality and customer satisfaction are our priorities.
